Research interests
Jo is the Head of Curriculum for the Bond University Medical Program. Jo contributes significantly to international discussions on student support and medical education pedagogy. A key role is to ensure a harmonised transition of medical graduates into the workforce. This is supported by Jo’s roles as chair of the Medical Deans of Australia and New Zealand’s (MDANZ) Student and Staff support sub-committee along with MDANZ representative of the National Doctors Health & Wellbeing Leadership Alliance with the purpose of facilitating coordinated action across the medical sector on the Every Doctor, Every Setting Framework.
