My primary research interests largely focus on the learning, development and assessment aspects of organisational psychology. This includes the design, use and sequencing of instructional methods (e.g., case study, simulation, service-learning), assessment of learning and teaching, and the use of technology to enable to support these processes. Other interests the role of motivation, emotion and self-regulation in learning and development.
I invite prospective Higher Degree Research (HDR) students with similar research interests to contact me to discuss potential collaboration and supervision opportunities.
