Research interests

Formerly Consultant to the Law Reform Commission of New South Wales, and a former Head of the School of Law, Macquarie University, I have particular expertise and publications in securities, commercial law and equity.

I have been, and will continue, writing a series of books on Equity. Currently they comprise of the following:
