Research interests

I joined Bond University in 2008 as Professor of Construction and Facilities Management. Before that I held the inaugral Chair in Construction Management at Deakin University, Geelong, Victoria, where I developed Australia's first undergraduate facilities management degree.

Previously I pioneered the first fully online courses at the University of Technology, Sydney, comprising a Master of Facility Management and a Doctorate of Facility Management.

My main interests comprise of sustainable built environments and the comparative performance of construction in different countries, including multiple criteria decision-making and assessment.
