Research interests
Christina Turner is an Australian Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and Assistant Professor with the Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice Program at Bond University.
Christina is the Clinical Domain Lead for the Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice Program, convenes and teaches into clinical dietetics and communication focused subjects including: Nutrition Assessment and Diagnosis, Nutrition Communication and Behaviour, Acute Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition and Chronic Disease Management.
In her role at Bond University, Christina also contributes to the Health Sciences and Medicine Simulation Program and their research initiatives.
Christina is passionate about supporting dietitians and dietetic students in emerging areas of practice such as weight-inclusive and trauma-informed healthcare. Her current research interests are focused on dietetic education and these emerging areas of dietetic practice.
