Chelsea provides high-level advice, consultancy and coordination for strategic educational projects across the university. She also supports academic staff in their submissions for national teaching awards and scholarship endeavours for teaching and learning initiatives. 

Chelsea's research interests include work-integrated learning, student wellbeing and restorative retreats.
