Research interests
Catharina has a dual background in business administration (MBA, Bond) and pedagogy. Before joining the E&FE Group at Bond she gained broad practical experience in management positions in her home country, Switzerland. Her research investigates the role of trust and alignment within, between, and among teams of decision-making teams in the family business context, and the subsequent impact on economic and social performance.
