Research interests
I'm an Australian-Brazilian occupational therapy lecturer. I work as a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Master of Occupational Therapy program at Bond University.
My professional journey has been diverse and rewarding, spanning early intervention, community, hospital, clinic and home-based practice in occupational therapy. I have also built expertise in teaching, supervision and placement coordination, with a focus on preparing work-ready occupational therapists through high-quality practice education and student support.
In 2022, I completed a Master of Research in Health Sciences at the University of South Australia. My thesis explored parent–therapist collaboration in occupational therapy for children, reflecting my passion for family-centred care in early intervention for children with disabilities and developmental delays.
I welcome opportunities to connect and collaborate on projects that enhance occupational therapy education, practice education and family-centred approaches in childhood intervention.
