Personal profile

Research interests

My research interests lie in the areas of academic performance, communication skills, academic writing, assessment of English for academic and/professional purposes and Indigenous student successes.

I am also interested in student retention and success, the first year student experience and technology enhanced learning.

I am currently working on presenting a validity argument for Bond University’s post-entry language assessment, BELA. This forms the basis for my PhD.
