Personal profile
Research interests
My role in the Tactical Research Unit is the research and data-coordinator. My research interest is focussed on maximising the health and wellbeing of tactical personnel. My previous military training with the Australian Army has allowed me a unique insight into the complex demands of the tactical operator, facilitating a greater understanding of our current body of tactical research.
My research focus has been in injury epidemiology, injury minimisation strategies, validating fitness standards, deconstructing the physical and physiological demands of tactical occupations and creating strategies to maximising performance of occupational tasks.
