Personal profile
Research interests
As a researcher in the field of nutrition and dietetics, my previous research has focused on public health nutrition, specifically exploring culinary nutrition and the implementation of cooking programs to enhance community health and wellbeing. I have utilised qualitative data and realist methodology to investigate the impact of culinary interventions on dietary behaviours and health outcomes, emphasising the significance of food literacy in shaping healthy eating habits. Through multidisciplinary collaborations, I have sought to bridge the gap between research and practice, translating evidence-based findings into actionable recommendations for policymakers, healthcare providers, and community organisations.
