Research interests

I have been conducting research into the issues surrounding project success, gender diversity in project organisations, systems thinking in managing projects, and organisational maturity models. However, since I have a passion for project management, any area of research in this field if of interest to me.

I worked as a civil engineer and also a project manager on a wide range of projects for several years. I am a certified project management professional (PMP) and teach in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. I am an active member (volunteer) of Project Management Institute (PMI) working as the Associate Director for the Academic Outreach department.
