I have been conducting research into the issues surrounding project success, critical success factors (CSFs), key performance indicators (KPIs), organisational maturity models with a focus on construction projects. I worked as a civil engineer and also a project manager on a wide range of projects for several years. I am a certified project management professional (PMP) and teach in both undergraduate (Constr Mgmt) and postgraduate (Proj Mgmt) programs and have peer-reviewed manuscripts for journals and conferences in the past five years. I am an active member (volunteer) of Project Management Institute (PMI) working as the Associate Director for the Academic Outreach department.
