Description
There has been little research on the structural legal frameworks used by third sector enterprises to develop, manage and protect their intellectual property (IP). Third sector entities must implement effective strategies to meet their objectives and ensure ongoing revenue generating opportunities, and effective IP management is an important aspect of good governance. This article explores the landscape of IP in third sector enterprise, and outlines the risks and challenges in developing and managing IP in the third sector.
