Space has experienced its first alleged crime with American Astronaut, Anne McClain being accused of hacking her estranged partners bank account whilst working aboard the International Space Station. But does any criminal law apply to illegal activity in space? Is there a such thing as illegal activity if it is conducted in outer space?
