‘STRONGMAN’ NO LONGER JUST FOR THE BOYS

Press/Media: Research

Description

This story profiles my research in the sport of strongman and that of my PhD student, Ben Hindle who was examining the biomechanics of strongman. It also makes a strong point that this sport is actively encouraging female participation and that Ben's PhD will be the first series of studies to include female strongman athletes.
