Dr Ned Wales, Asst Prof of Urban Planning, Bond University School of Sustainable Development, talks about the problems in a one state development in Terranora. Wales adds the masterplan proposal is far more ambitious, and it will take some time for it to be approved and considered. Wales explains about the services in the region. He says they have had a solid plan that has been working well in the last 10 years, and housing affordability is part of the issues they are working with in terms of planning.
