GPs back renewed push for extended dispensing rules

Description

It has been nearly five years since the PBAC recommended increasing maximum dispensed quantities of prescriptions. With the May Federal Budget looming and the state of healthcare in prime focus, a long-delayed cost-saving suggestion, which doctors say would be easy to implement, remains ignored.
