Lincoln says the train phone rage incident this morning does not hapen frequently and it's usually a product of situation and not because the men involved are believed to be bad. She says these verbal assaults can escalate to physical assaults but such events are rare. She explained that Qld Rail could impose a quiet carriage. She says parents should remind children on how to behave as well and reminds that people should be aware of personal space around others.
