Dr. Amy L. Kenworthy is a Visiting Professor of Management here at UCU from Bond University in Australia. She is a prolific scholar, educator, and practitioner in the field of business-community partnering. She will be joining us to lead a highly experiential workshop which invites you to step fully into your roles as global citizens and change agents, recognising the profound power we each hold to help shape Ukraine’s present and future. Using two published Ukrainian case studies as the foundation for our discussion, we will co-generate purpose-driven project ideas and initiatives, drawing on your individual expertise and collective intelligence as a leadership community. Through interactive dialogue and hands-on exploration, you will be encouraged to ideate using a systems lens—connecting business strategy, social impact, and national renewal—while leveraging your business acumen, networks, and resources to drive innovation, rebuild communities, and strengthen unity. Together, we begin a journey to transform our resilience into action, purpose into scalable initiatives, and shared leadership into meaningful, future-focused change that showcases Ukrainian strength, creativity, and hope to the world.
