Tax Aspects of China-Australia Cross Border Investments

Invited to participate, as Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Business Law and Taxation at Monash University, in a collaborative project under the auspices of this Department: Tax Aspects of China-Australia Cross Border Investments. I participated in a workshop with other collaborators in this project (academics from both Australian and Chinese universities who are experts in certain specific areas of Taxation Law – I was selected for my expertise in the area of transfer pricing) at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in December 2013. This resulted in a jointly published article with my Chinese transfer pricing counterpart, Professor Yixin Liao, an expert in transfer pricing
