Keynote address
Presentation title: Rethinking work: How a pandemic upended our relationship with work and the workplace.
Date: Thursday 7 July 2022
Time: 4:45 pm – 5:45 pm (AEST) 60-minute duration, including Q&A
Room: Mirage Grand Ballroom. 1,000 maximum capacity with theatre style seating (rows of seats with no tables)
Presentation type: Hybrid: In-person live +. Your presentation will be presented in-person and broadcast to our virtual attendees in real-time. There will be staff on hand to assist with managing both audiences and the Q&A. As we are already filming your presentation, it will be recorded and provided through the conference platform (not accessible to the public and not available to download) for 3 months after the conference.

Workshop
Presentation title: I want to work there! Managing successful change in workplace design.
Date: Friday 8 July 2022
Time: 10:20 am – 2:20 pm 3 hour duration
Room: Lagoon Room 1. 40 maximum capacity with cabaret seating style (round table with seats on half facing the front).
Your workshop has already reached capacity with pre-registration.
Presentation type: In-person live. Your presentation will be presented in-person. Due to the interactive nature of workshops your presentation will not be broadcast to virtual attendees nor recorded.

Presentation checklist
Due Monday 16 May 2022
Register for the conference using this personal link. This includes providing your COVID-19 digital vaccination certificate.
Book your own flights (you will add this expense to your invoice following the conference, up to $800 is covered)
Email us your flight booking with arrival date and departure date for us to book accommodation. Please also indicate if it’s single occupancy.
Please indicate if you would like us to provide cab vouchers

Due Monday 20 June 2022
Upload slides in PowerPoint format into the DropBox folder
Add any attendee documents (PDF slides, supporting resources, etc.) under the “uploads” tab in the presenter portal
Review arrival information in the presenter portal
