The first session of the Roundtable will focus on data localisation and will build on the draft OECD report, “Data Localisation Trends and Challenges: Considerations for the Review of the OECD Privacy Guidelines” authored by Professor Dan Jerker B. Svantesson (Bond University, Australia) [DSTI/CDEP/DGP(2020)7]. It will aim to discuss the recommendations put forward in the report and will include presentations on case studies from countries.
