Invited panellist at the National Psychosocial Safety Network Brisbane event, held in partnership with Bond University and Howden Insurance. The session explored AI adoption, organisational change, people risk and psychosocial safety, with a focus on how leaders can manage uncertainty, workload pressure, role clarity and trust during technology-enabled workplace change. I contributed expert insight on responsible AI adoption as a psychosocial safety and leadership issue, highlighting the need for clear communication, consultation, workforce capability and human-centred implementation.
