Collaborative session delivered by Independent Living Specialists (ILS) and Medifab, hosted by the Occupational Therapy program at Bond University. The session explored key assessment considerations for Safe Transport Solutions, guidance on selecting appropriate equipment, and strategies to support safer and more comfortable travel for children and young adults with additional needs. It also introduced Medifab’s newly launched vehicle harness design and provided an early preview of forthcoming innovations relevant to clinicians supporting clients who require additional transport assistance.
