Description
In collaboration with Dr Nikki Milne, I developed and delivered a full day workshop titled ‘Evidence Based Practice and Systematic Review’ to clinicians at Queensland Health Department of Education. See attached document or link to view the content delivered. The workshop was delivered over a full day to 16 therapists (8 Physiotherapists and 8 Occupational Therapist) all of which were employees for Queensland Health Department of Education. The workshop involved delivery of content and several practical activities.•Key content within the workshop was specific to:
o Understanding Research Design
o Developing a research question
o Selecting and Appraising studies
o Data extraction and analysis
•Clinicians were also asked ‘how useful the workshop was’ with the majority (87%) finding it ‘very useful’
