Description
About this session:Having critical conversations with students is an essential component of supervision, with the potential for unaddressed conflict leading to ruptures in student-educator relationships. Leading with curiosity is a powerful way to bring success to these conversations.
This PD session is for educators who have ever felt that a conversation concerning lapses in clinical or professional skills with a student did not go well or could have gone better. This session aims to give you the confidence and practical skills to remain curious in challenging situations using a strengths based and reflective approach. It will build on previous clinical education professional development sessions from 2025 (Coaching Clinical Learners and Creating Safe Learning Environments).
